1. Warranty Coverage

All dresses purchased from Elanorae are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Seam or stitching faults
  • Defective or detached buttons, clasps, or zippers
  • Fabric defects present upon arrival
  • Incorrect item, color, or size received
  • Damage that occurred during shipping

If any of the above issues are confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by washing, drying, steaming, or ironing
  • Shrinkage, fading, stretching, or fabric wear due to use
  • Stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar substances
  • Accidental damage such as tears, cuts, burns, or pulled threads
  • Damage resulting from misuse, alteration, or improper care
  • Items returned with strong odors (smoke, perfume, detergent, etc.)
  • Final sale items, where applicable

These issues are not considered manufacturing defects.

5. Warranty Timeframe
